GENERAL financial responsibilities

Our Financial Coordinator will ensure that patients clearly understand the affordability and financial obligations of their treatment. Before the surgical appointment, our coordinator will review the total cost of the procedure, verify insurance coverage, and determine the patient’s portion of the bill, including co-pays, deductibles, and any out-of-pocket expenses. Financial arrangements are discussed and finalized in advance, offering financing options to ensure affordability. Clear communication and documentation of these arrangements help prevent misunderstandings and ensure a smooth financial process for the patient.
